RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We put a lot of time, effort and love into making sure all of our bespoke switches and sockets are made to the best quality possible. If, however, you’re not happy with your order or you want to change it for something else, no need to worry. Just send your item back to us, in its original condition to Naylor and Fay Ltd, Allmans Heath Farm, Woodhead Road, Glossop, SK13 7QE, together with proof of purchase within 28 days of the date of dispatch.Original Shipping charges are non refundable.

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach us, or for delays in your exchange/return reaching us. Please be sure to obtain a proof of postage. We endeavour to refund you within 5 working days. Please be aware, your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction into your account, once they have received the information from us.

*Our returns/exchanges policy, does not apply for bespoke products. In these cases we will only be able to offer a refund in part.

*We take great pride in everything we do and are just as disappointed as you when things aren't up to scratch.
